Not only does it mean more benefits for your buck, but it shows that not even an award-winning brand like Dermalogica is resting on its laurels, instead investing and developing their products so they stay the best they can be.
Dermalogica has introduced new botanical ingredients to two of their facial masks – the Skin Hydrating Masque (£31) and the Skin Refining Masque (£28.50).
In the case of the Skin Hydrating Masque, the new, improved formulation helps address the need for deep hydration. This masque glides on, delivering moisturisation and boosting skin plumpness without feeling at all heavy. Packed with lipids, plant extracts and vitamins, it is ideal for dry, stressed skin. I recommend it after a day outside in the sun or wind.
Skin Refining Masque deals with the opposite end of the skincare spectrum, reducing oiliness and refining pores with natural earth clays, botanical and astringent qualities. Offering amazing deep-cleansing, it again smooths on with a refreshingly light texture. It doesn’t over-dry skin either, which is nice. Superb for oilier and teenage skin types.
Dermalogica recommend using a masque at least once a week. Their highly concentrated formulations can help maintain the healthy function of the skin and keep serious problems such as breakouts and dry skin related sensitivity at bay. Marvellous.
